A: Yes! We love custom work. Please reach out via our contact page or email us with your idea and we’ll get back to you with details and pricing.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most ready-to-ship items go out in 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 1–2 weeks depending on complexity. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on its way.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We typically use USPS, but can accommodate other carriers upon request.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: At this time, we do not offer local pickup unless arranged directly.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods through our online shop and selling platforms.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because many of our items are custom or made-to-order, we do not accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
